Investigations Hours
Lobby hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Sex, Arson & Gang Registration: Tues, Wed, Thurs 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Licenses/Permits (Second-Hand Dealers, Pawn Dealers,
Card Rooms, Gun Permits): Tues, Wed, Thurs 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
After Hours & Holidays
You may contact police personnel via the red speakerphone located outside our lobby.
Your call will be routed to a Records Technician for information or to SHASCOM to report any crimes.
Fingerprinting
These services are offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Citation Sign-Offs
For citations issued by the Redding Police Department,
this service is offered during regular business hours.
Please be prepared to show proof of correction prior to your court date.
Property Release
Property is released by appointment only.
